This onsite deployment involved direct collaboration with a DEV team in Spain and an IT team based in Portugal. I led the DBA team remotely from India. My primary focus was conducting a comprehensive #SQLServer health check and executing #PerformanceTuning. We identified critical bottlenecks and applied fixes to stabilize high-traffic systems used by the hospitality platform.

During this onsite deployment, I was responsible for auditing #Oracle databases to meet strict data security requirements. I configured the third-party tool DbProtect to enforce compliance policies and track database access. Additionally, I trained the internal IT team and DBAs to use the tool effectively and sustain long-term compliance without external intervention.
