FAQ

What can I use the hours for?

Anything under the executive umbrella – strategic planning, organizational alignment, leadership coaching, operational restructuring, performance metrics, or decision-support initiatives.

Can I change the plan later?

Yes. Upgrades are allowed after the current billing period. Downgrades can be discussed after the minimum term.

Do hours roll over?

No. Each month resets. Plans are structured for consistency, clarity, and priority access.

Do I need to provide tools or systems?

Yes. “Your Systems, My Leadership.” I work within your existing frameworks – reporting, collaboration, and analytics platforms.

Will I get a detailed timesheet?

You’ll receive concise summaries of work delivered and outcomes achieved. I don’t support micromanaged logs or time surveillance systems.

Can you use our project or tracking tools?

Yes. I adapt to your environment – whether it’s Notion, Asana, Jira, Monday, or your internal dashboards.

What about urgent issues outside hours?

In critical or high-impact scenarios, I step in as needed, regardless of regular working hours.

Can I pause my retainer?

In special cases, yes – for organizational pauses, budget cycles, or leadership transitions. Let’s discuss case by case.

Is there a contract?

Yes – a straightforward terms document. NDAs are always welcome. No unnecessary legal complexity.

Is this support or a replacement for hiring?

Both. Think of me as an embedded executive – faster than hiring, more accountable than short-term consultants.

What happens after the retainer ends?

You can renew, adjust scope, or conclude – no pressure. Continuity is common when results align with strategy.

What’s the working timezone?

IST (India). For global teams, I align overlap windows and escalation paths in advance.

Where can I read the full service terms?

Read terms & conditions.
