What can I use the hours for?

You can use the hours for anything an executive leader handles. This includes strategic planning or aligning the organization. It covers leadership coaching, operational changes, and performance metrics. It also covers initiatives that support decision-making.

Can I change the plan later?

Yes, you can. You can upgrade your plan after the current billing period ends. We can discuss downgrades after the minimum contract term is complete.

Do hours roll over?

No, the hours do not roll over. Each month starts fresh. The plans are designed for consistency, clarity, and to ensure you get priority access.

Do I need to provide tools or systems?

Yes. My approach is “Your Systems, My Leadership.” I will work inside your existing platforms. This includes your reporting, collaboration, and analytics tools.

Will I get a detailed timesheet?

You will get concise summaries of the work and the outcomes I deliver. I do not provide detailed logs or support time tracking systems.

Can you use our project or tracking tools?

Yes. I adapt to your environment. I can use tools like Notion, Asana, Jira, Monday, or your internal dashboards.

What about urgent issues outside hours?

I will step in for critical or high-impact issues when needed. This is true even outside regular working hours.

Can I pause my retainer?

Yes, in special cases. This might be for organizational pauses, budget cycles, or leadership changes. We discuss these situations on a case-by-case basis.

Is there a contract?

Yes. There is a simple terms document. I always welcome NDAs (Non-Disclosure Agreements). I avoid unnecessary legal complexity.

Is this support or a replacement for hiring?

It is both. Think of me as an executive embedded in your team. I am faster than hiring someone new. I am more accountable than short-term consultants.

What happens after the retainer ends?

You have options to renew the contract, adjust the scope, or conclude the partnership. There is no pressure. Renewal is common when results match your strategy.

What’s the working timezone?

My working timezone is IST (India). For global teams, I arrange overlapping work hours and escalation paths in advance.
